Booking privacy
We use the name, email address and ticket choices you provide to manage your booking, payment status and attendance. Authorised Weston Ark organisers can access these records.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Weston Ark stores payment references and booking information, but does not store your card details. Booking messages are sent through Microsoft 365. Website and booking records are stored using Weston Ark’s Azure services.
Your booking link provides access to your tickets and booking controls. Keep it private. Ticket QR codes identify the ticket and do not contain your name or email address.
Optional attendee names help organisers check people in. If you join a waiting list, we use your name, email and requested number of places to offer tickets in order. You can leave using the private link in your waiting-list email. Booking emails may include reminders and essential event updates.
Staff preferences and unfinished event drafts are stored against the staff member’s verified Microsoft account. A temporary copy of an unfinished draft may also be kept in that browser tab to help recover work after sign-in expires. Phone ticket scanning processes camera frames on the device; it does not upload or save camera video.
