Request a regular room booking

Use Hallmaster to request recurring sessions at the Hughenden Centre.

  1. Start with your first date in Hallmaster and add the room, times and activity.
  2. Choose the recurring option, frequency and number of additional dates.
  3. Check every session for correct dates, times and availability, then send your request.

The bookings team reviews the request. Wait for confirmation before advertising the venue as secured. Contact bookings@westonark.org.uk if a date needs changing or you need help.
