Request a room in Hallmaster

Choose a date and room, submit a request and wait for confirmation from the Weston Ark team.

  1. Open the calendar, choose your date and sign in or create an account.
  2. Select the room and enter the times, including setup and clearing away.
  3. Add the activity details and any requirements. Check the dates and availability.
  4. Review and send the request. An acknowledgement confirms receipt; the room is booked when Hallmaster shows it as confirmed and the centre confirms it.

Once your space is confirmed, Weston Ark organisers can create a separate ticketed event on this website. For changes or questions, contact the bookings team.
